    Good evening, students! I know you are working hard for your exam week, and some of you may burn the midnight oil. I want to mention that though I admire your spirit, you can enhance your efficiency and maintain good mental health by timely rest.

    According to scientific research, having abundant sleep can help your new brain cells grow faster. It is profitable for both your study and your mental health. Besides, having plenty of sleep restarts your brains and makes them not tired the next day. Therefore, you may start another energetic day to accomplish your goals.

    Additionally, setting realistic goals is also beneficial for your learning process and even your mental health. By setting goals, you know what to do and the level you are striving for so that you can be encouraged. The sense of accomplishment of completing your tasks also stimulates the chemicals in your brain to make you pleasant and less stressed, so when you feel overwhelmed, please have a look at the missions you have finished - then you will feel better. All you have to do is stop blaming yourself, keep going, and do better. There is nothing left to worry.

    Moreover, our school environment and the teacher-student relationship have an impact on your mental well-being as well. Thus, we teachers are also trying to take care of you. For instance, your headmaster plans to hold a party after the final exam so you can rest after hard work. In addition, you may always come to a teacher you trust to talk to if you are struggling, and they will offer you suitable comfort and suggestions. Remember, seeking help does not mean that you are weak, but it means that you care for yourself.

    Last but not least, to protect your mental health from failure and setbacks, you can make plans for your goal and start carrying it out so you can feel less anxious by taking action to make a change. You may also take a healthy diet and do more exercise, which can help you maintain a good mood. By the way, don't forget to take reasonable breaks.
