为深化京拉两地妇女工作交流，推动新时代妇女事业协同发展，4月26日至27日，北京市妇联、顺义区妇联热情接待拉萨市妇联一行来京调研妇女发展工作。北京市妇联一级调研员蒋涛，顺义区妇联党组书记、主席肖雅文及班子成员、相关镇妇联主席陪同调研。

第一天
此次调研活动为期两天，第一天调研参观了北京顺美服装零距离社会事务所、北京和美家社区服务有限公司、顺义区妇联妇女儿童社会服务中心和爱慕时尚工厂，围绕社会组织的企业运营模式、社区服务创新及深化家庭文明建设等方面的创新举措展开深入交流。

第二天
第二天调研参观了顺义区3家优秀“妇”字号基地：分享收获农业发展有限公司、北京龙湾巧嫂果品产销专业合作社和北京优帝鸽业有限公司，围绕乡村振兴、妇女创业就业及数字化平台赋能女性发展等方面进行经验分享。

调研期间，拉萨市妇联一行向每一位参加活动人员献上了洁白的哈达，象征美好的祝福，也寓意着两地情谊如哈达般纯净绵长。随后，拉萨市妇联将一面写有“京拉连心促发展 月季格桑建新功”的锦旗赠与顺义区妇联，对北京市妇联及顺义区妇联的经验分享和热情接待表示感谢。

在工作交流座谈会上，顺义区妇联向拉萨市妇联展示了“步步有她 芳华尽绽”视频短片和“顺意姑娘”精彩片段，全面介绍了近年来在推动女性就业和发展方面的经验做法，重点分享了如何通过政策支持和资源整合，为女性创业就业提供精准服务。拉萨市妇联对顺义区妇联的优秀举措表示赞赏，表示将把首都经验与拉萨实际相结合，进一步激发女性内生动力，共同推动妇女事业高质量发展。
肖雅文主席表示：“此次拉萨市妇联的到访为两地妇女工作交流搭建了重要平台，我们将以此为契机，进一步加强妇女儿童权益保障、女性人才培养、巾帼志愿服务等方面的深化协作，共同推动妇女事业高质量发展。”
此次调研活动不仅加深了京拉两地妇联的友谊，也为下一步合作奠定了坚实基础。未来，两地妇联将建立常态化交流机制，在妇女创新创业、家庭文明建设等领域持续深化合作，共同书写新时代妇女发展的精彩篇章。
