2023年以来，北新泾监狱深入推进“评管矫”一体化建设，以“话剧、非遗、书画”为矫治项目，逐步形成融合“新境”剧社、“新境”非遗工坊和“新境”书画社的“新境”艺术改造团队。2024年，“新境”艺术改造团队获得上海市监狱管理局“十佳红烛团队”称号。下面，让我们一起走近“新境”艺术改造团队，感受艺术矫治的魅力。

“新境”剧社是上海市北新泾监狱与上海话剧艺术中心十多年的探索成果，2024年5月28日正式揭牌。

“新境”剧社通过戏剧表演等形式，激发服刑罪犯自主性创造，鼓励他们通过戏剧空间“看见自己，看见他人，看见世界”，以戏剧艺术滋润心灵，提升“心境”，取得“新进”步，达到“新境”界，找到未来改造“新径”途。

“新境”非遗工坊

“新境”非遗工坊开展以核雕、砚雕、竹刻、钩针编结、蛋壳画、盘扣等非遗项目为载体的罪犯艺术矫治。矫治项目均为国家级非物质文化遗产。

核雕
核雕，将桃核、杏核、橄榄核等果核材料雕刻成工艺品。

嘉定竹刻
嘉定竹刻，是上海市嘉定区传统美术，具有较大的社会影响力。
砚雕

砚雕，监狱邀请非遗传承人李铁民开展教学，其风格承袭海派传统，兼蓄京、粤、徽、吴门等各流派的特长。

蛋壳画
蛋壳画，以禽蛋的外壳为画布，通过绘画和雕刻等技艺创作出各种图案和形象。

葫芦刻
针刻葫芦，采用特地选育的小葫芦品种，以针代笔，描绘出人物、山水、花卉等。
木雕

木雕，可分为立体圆雕、根雕、浮雕三大类。

“新境”非遗工坊
收获众多奖项
“新境”非遗工坊创作的核雕《寻龙珠》荣获“非创杯”文创大赛最佳创意奖，砚雕《坐看云起》荣获“申香杯”设计大赛金奖，钩针编织“大花束”荣获第三届国潮文创设计大赛“最佳产品奖”等众多奖项。
罪犯在制作非遗产品的过程中，雕琢心魔、刻除劣根，进而编织绮梦、绘就新生。

“新境”书画社成立以来，坚持“以文化人、以文育人、以文塑人”，彰显文化矫治功能，用心用情做好教育改造工作。
