随后民警便将老人扶到警车上
并联系附近几个村书记
询问是否有与老人
体貌特征相似的老人
终于在询问到陈南村村书记时
终于找到老人的信息

1.制作身份卡片。在卡片上写明老人的姓名、病情、家属联系电话等，让老人随身携带。
2.为老人配备手机。给老人配备一部操作简单的手机，保存家人常用的手机号码，方便老人与家人联系。
3.多拍照，存生活近照。平时多给老人拍照，保存老人的生活近照，便于老人走失时，家人提供给警方。
